Client Name: Marirose and Ralph
Patient Name: Callie

“Callie came to us with some front limb lameness secondary to probably arthritis.  As a senior dog, our goal was to make sure she was comfortable and mobile.  We started her treatment plan of Shockwave, acupuncture and manual therapy and within a few weeks she was moving much better!  Senior dogs can respond so well to rehabilitation therapy, and we help enjoy their golden years.”

Brief History of Pet

There is a picture of how she looked the day we rescued her in May of 2017 – she is badly matted  and was neglected.   She had such a transformation after rescue.

Why VSMR?

Callie is now a senior and she came to VSMR for help with her arthritis. She was limping.  We knew she could get relief because our dog Cinnamon was a client in 2015.  The treatments have really helped her on the stairs and getting in and out of her many beds! She also enjoys being outside longer because she feels better.

Favorite Motivator

Callie is always content when held and rocked like a baby for her acupuncture, she is just a little cuddle bug!

“Callie is a beautiful girl who is not afraid to tell you what she wants. We are happy to dote on her accordingly! Keep on keeping on, Callie girl!”

“I always enjoy my cuddle time during Callie’s acupuncture sessions, as does Callie. She is such a sweet girl and we always look forward to them.”
